Cancellation Policy

To protect the integrity of our preparation process and ensure fairness to all clients, Beyond the B.A.R. Consulting and Strategy adheres to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms: 1. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a confirmed session with at least 10 business days’ notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 10 business days of the scheduled session will incur a 15% rescheduling fee, based on the total project or session cost. 2. Cancelations Cancelations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled session will receive a refund of any payments made. Cancelations made within 4 business days of the session are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future engagement if rescheduled within 30 days. 3. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows Same-day cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will result in full forfeiture of fees, with no credit or refund issued.
